Try this method first, watch in full screen

Note: when it says press F8, it really means
keep tapping it for best results.

Basically whatever system or version of windows
the pc has, get into safe mode and the videos
method should work just fine. You may have to
google how to get safe mode xp, vista, 98 etc.
Once you get in safe mode you can follow the
videos help hopefully.

If that does not work, I have a disc for that
problem that has worked for me.

I have emailed you a few times already, just let
me know when you have time.
